Yesterday Jessica and Cheryl hosted a long distance baby shower for Shaun, Aria, and myself. It was a complete surprise! Jessica set up Skype on her computer and called us when she knew we were home. She turned the camera around and all of our relatives yelled, "Surprise!" Brianna was a huge help by showing us all the gifts people bought. Thank you so much to everyone! We especially love the beautiful handmade blanket Betsy made for Aria.
But next time, nobody tell the mom-to-be that there was cake at the party, lol. You have no idea how much I wanted cake after that! I ended up going into the kitchen, making a small batch of no-egg cookie dough, and eating it to curb my craving for something sweet, hehe!
Thanks again everyone! It was very special for Shaun and I to attend the virtual shower.
